 1. As to Products:
(1) Where are your products from?
Most of our products are from our own factory - GoldFly Industrial Ltd. Shenzhen & Dongguang factory, and others get from our cooperative manufacturers in this field. By the way we deal with products of different quality grades.
(2) What's your client colony you mainly serve?
We serve to both dealers and direct buyers since 2002.
(3) What about your quality and warranty?
We have strict quality control system from material to finished products, all products quality is guaranteed. For defective or false products those are confirmed due to our own mistakes, we can replace and make up for you and you no need return the defective ones to us.
(4) How could I get your price list (rates chart)?
We only send the full price list (rates chart) to the intended and potential customers. Please tell us your interested products, quantity with your company / personal info together, then we will offer the full price list (rates chart) by e-mail.
(5) How could I get a sample?
We offer samples for quality test or any other business purpose. But we have to receive your payment for samples and their express delivery charge and then send samples to you. Of course if you have an effective account of DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, etc., you don't need to pay the express delivery charge. Meanwhile we can offer free samples to our frequent and good customers.
2. As to Services:
(1) What's your unique service?
Professional cargo service is our unique service which includes int'l express, int'l air freight and sea freight. We not only ship the goods you ordered from ourselves, but also ship goods from your appointed other suppliers.
We followed all step by our professinal work team.
(2) What about your freight charges?
We offer preferential freight price at 20~40% discount based on the uniform price of DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT and many airlines in the world. Whether your shipments are ordered from us or not, freight price is subject to your shipment's weight. And we only send the special freight price list (rates chart) to the customers who have ordered products from us or who intend to use our cargo service.
(3) What kind of shipment will you use?
We ship the goods by your appointed forwarder such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT and all available airlines. If you don't mind what's the forwarder is, usually we ship goods below 20kg by DHL express, 21~100kg by FedEx express and over 100kg by air freight. If the quantity is very large, we may ship by ocean container.
(4) What about your technical support?
Our technical team are dedicated to solve your problems of a technical nature with regards to design artwork, installation, software, usage etc. Also they can help you design and construct your website.
(5) Could we place order by OEM style to produce our own brand products in China?
OEM order is welcome.
(6) What shall we do if we're not satisfied with your products, services or your staff?
Don't worry when you're strictly angry with our products, services or maybe somebody. Please write your dissatisfaction and complains directly to CEO@goldfly2002.com. Our CEO will personally deal with the problems you may unfortunately encounter.
3. As to Returns:
(1) What terms of payment do you use?
We only accept T/T in advance. You can freely choose bank transfer to our authorized company A/C or personal A/C. Also Western Union payment is welcome.

(2) What about the terms to become your sole distributor in our city or country?
If you can sell our products worth USD 100,000 -- 300,000 per month, you can become our sole distributor in your city or area; if you can sell our products worth USD 500,000 or above per month, you can become our sole distributor in your country. We are very glad to establish long term and further cooperation / partnership / agent with you. |

With strict pre-work training, our staff members have job related knowledge of mobile phone technology and have developed a strong sense of quality and self-inspection.
